Do I have to book my hotel before I register for RTO World?
You must book your Hotel Room in the RTO World Hotel block at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida, to receive the discounted in-block registration rate. Your hotel confirmation number will be required during registration to receive the discount.
How much is the hotel deposit?
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each room reservation.
What is the cancellation policy?
Registration Cancellation, Refund, and Substitution Policy
Cancellation requests must be emailed to expo@rtohq.org. A cancellation fee of $99 will be charged for any cancellation made beginning July 1, 2024. Refunds will not be issued for requests received after July 29, 2024, including no-shows. Substitutions are gladly accepted at any time. Badge sharing, splitting, and reprints are strictly prohibited.
Hotel Cancellations
If you need to cancel your hotel reservation, contact the hotel directly at least 6 days prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night's room rate plus tax. You can cancel or adjust your reservations by following the link in your confirmation email, logging into your hotel rewards account, or by calling the hotel.
RTO World meetings will take place in the Meeting Complex located between Loews Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort; the Meeting Complex is attached to each with an indoor walk.

What is the hotel check-in/check-out time?
All three hotels with RTO World room blocks have check in at 4 PM and check out at 11 AM.
Can I extend my stay in the hotel block before or after RTO World?
The group room rates will apply three days prior and three days after the convention dates, based on availability of group rooms at the time of the request. You must reserve any extended dates before our room block deadline of July 3, 2024, to receive the discounted rates.
What is the deadline to reserve rooms within the discounted RTO World room block?
Rooms in the RTO World room block must be reserved by July 3, 2024.
Is there a fee for parking at the hotel and meeting space?
Parking for Hotel Guests*
For Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort overnight guests, Self-Parking is available at a discounted rate of $15 plus tax per vehicle per day. Valet Parking is available for $37 plus tax per vehicle per day.
For Universal’s Aventura Hotel overnight guests, Self-Parking is available at a discounted rate of $12 plus tax per vehicle per day. Valet Parking is not available at this hotel.
Parking for Non-Hotel Guests*
For non-hotel guests, Self-Parking is available at Sapphire Falls Resort and Loews Royal Pacific Resort for the standard rate of $28 plus tax per vehicle per day, or at Universal’s Aventura Hotel for the standard rate of $18 plus tax per vehicle per day.

How can I get a copy of my hotel receipt?
For a copy of your hotel receipt, click here. You will need the name and email you used to reserve your room, as well as your confirmation number.
What kind of weather can I expect?
In Orlando, Florida, from August 6-8, 2024, you can expect typical summer weather conditions. The average high temperatures will be around 94°F, with lows around 79°F. The weather will be hot and humid, and there's a good chance of daily afternoon thunderstorms, as August is a part of the wet season in Florida. Keep in mind that these storms are usually brief but can be intense. Make sure to stay well-hydrated.
Am I able to get discounted theme park tickets?
We do not have any discounted theme park tickets; however, Universal Orlando offers featured specials here.
Do I need to pay for my spouse and/or children that will be traveling with me?
Yes, if your guests will be attending any of the RTO World events, you will need to purchase a guest registration for them.
Can I bring guests to the CityWalk Experience Party?
Yes, but they will need a guest registration to attend. CityWalk staff will check badges at the entrance, and only those with an RTO World badge will be allowed entry. Please note, the Experience Party is for guests 21 and older, so children are not permitted. Don't forget to bring your photo ID. For childcare options, contact the hotel front desk for more information.
SCAM NOTICE: Protect Yourself from Cybercrimes
Keep an eye out for emails from online criminals who make fraudulent claims that they can set you up with hotel arrangements for our upcoming RTO World in Orlando, Florida. Protect your identity and your money. Never book a hotel room that’s not through the official room block link provided by APRO and TRIB Group.
Any other housing companies contacting you and offering hotel reservations at significant discounts are fraudulent. Protect yourself by not engaging with these emails or phone calls.
Check the domain name of the sender - all official RTO World communications will come from @rtohq.org, @rtoworld.org or @tribgroup.com. If contacted by someone other than APRO or TRIB Group, please forward the email to expo@rtoworld.org.
